I chose this book at the airport in Bari on my way to London! As I started to read, I soon understood that the book chose me. In the author’s words ” i libri trovano il proprio lettore nel momento opportuno”.
The Champion of single-course meals What’s on the menu? Eggplant parmigiana or aubergine parmigiana? Same plant different names. Eggplant in Australia and America, and aubergine in France.
